2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

Information you give us. This is information you give us about you by filing in forms on the app site and the Services Site (together Our Sites) or by corresponding with us (for example, by phone, email or chat or otherwise). It includes information you provide when you register to use our site, subscribe to our Services, enter a competition, promotion or survey, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions and when you report a problem with our Services or an app. We will keep a record of that correspondence. Information we collect about you. Each time you visit one of our Sites or use one of our apps we will automatically collect the following information:

(c) details of your use of any of our apps or your visits to any of Our Sites including, but not limited to traffic data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access (Log Information)

Location Information. In respect of mobile applications. We also use GPS technology to determine your current location. Some of our location- enabled Services require your personal data for the feature to work. If you wish to use the particular gesture, you will be asked to consent to your data being used for this purpose.

Information we receive from other sources. This is information we receive about you if you use any of the other websites we operate or the other services we provide. We are working closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies). We will notify you when we receive information about you from them and the purposes for which we intend to use that information.

Data Protection. All personal data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. You may choose to disclose data about yourself in the course of contributing user generated content to the Services. Any data that you disclose in any of these forums, chats, blogs, or the like will become public information, and there is no expectation of privacy or confidentiality with respect to that data.

Data Retention. We will retain any collected data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Thereafter we will delete all abovementioned data in our possession within a reasonable timeframe. We do not verify the correctness of personal data.

Any access request will be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

9 JURISDICTION
9.1
Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings. In the event of any dispute between You and us concerning these Terms, are governed by laws of England and Wales and if You wish to bring legal proceedings You must do so within the England and Wales
10. USER ACCESS AND CONTROL
If you would like to access, review, correct, update, suppress, delete, or otherwise limit our use of your personal information in our custody or control, you may contact us as outlined below. Note that we may be required to request certain personal information from you for the purpose of verifying the identity of the individual seeking access.
