History
Slammer began as a prototype whilst we were playing with more tactile gameplay mechanics. Picking up a bat and hitting a puck / ball proved very rewarding and felt easy to play.  
Slammer evolved out of this prototype by adding more mechanics creating a game that hasn't been played in VR before.  Once online multiplayer and VOIP was introduced, Slammer proved itself to be even more fun and had that 'just one more game' factor!
